Dilly’s Gets a Makeover

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

Valley Favorite Dilly’s Deli Get’s a Makeover

Chandler, Arizona – July 15th, 2013 – Established in 1993, Dilly’s Deli opened with a simple motivating concept; build the best sandwiches using the finest ingredients for a fair price and business will prosper.

It did. Twenty years and four Valley locations later, founders Jeff Weninger and Shaun Kelley gave Dilly’s the makeover it deserves. After all, you only turn 20 once.

The company facelift includes an identity refresh and interior redesign, with a specific focus on improving the customer experience at each restaurant.

In celebration of the restaurants upcoming 20th anniversary, designer Chelsea Winkel of Problem Solved married nostalgic Dilly’s elements with a modernized color palette and clean lines, with custom illustrations by local favorite Joshua Rhodes of Subtle Takeover. The new look is a sure hit with old and new customers alike.

“When you walk into a Dilly’s we want you to know exactly where you are and for that experience to stick with you,” co-owner Jeff Weninger said. “We have simplified our menu by reducing the number of items and are introducing a flat rate for sandwiches, salads and soups, while reducing a few prices.”

Dilly’s offers the same delicious ingredients, fresh-baked bread daily, and kids still eat free every weekend.

The four restaurant redesign started with the remodel of the very first Dilly’s Deli in Tempe at Southern and Price. The remaining restaurants are scheduled to be completed by the end of 2013.

Look for special celebrations this fall as Dilly’s celebrates its 20th anniversary.
